This project was implemented in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and aimed to enhance the participation of candidates in municipal elections in political life. 

It provided training on various essential topics and assisted them in running for decentralized elections. 

The training focused on several key areas, including campaign management, legislative and legal awareness, budgeting, gender equality, and media. 

Through this training, candidates from marginalized groups were empowered to participate in the electoral process, increasing their knowledge and improving their chances of winning elections and holding political positions. The training was conducted in Irbid, Ajloun, Balqa, Madaba, Tafileh, and Aqaba.
