The first aims to utilize a participatory approach involving civil society organizations, local communities, and elected officials to launch an advocacy campaign for amending the decentralization law in accordance with the findings of Karak Castle Center’s 2018 review. In coordination with Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES), Karak Castle Center will hold meetings with elected officials from the Lower House and Governorate Councils to discuss proposed amendments. At the end of the campaign, a Final Report will be issued evaluating the degree to which the project’s objectives were achieved.
